About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator - Finance & Control to support the financial and administrative operations of a major construction project. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining financial records, monitoring project costs, supporting reporting activities, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and financial support to the Project Management and Finance teams.
Maintain project cost records and monitor expenditures against approved budgets.
Process invoices, purchase orders, supplier payments, and expense claims.
Assist with monthly cost reporting, forecasting, and budget updates.
Monitor subcontractor and supplier documentation related to financial matters.
Support project accounting activities, including reconciliations and accruals.
Maintain accurate records of contracts, variations, and payment certificates.
Prepare financial reports and supporting documentation for management review.
Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Coordinate with the site team, procurement department, subcontractors, and headquarters regarding financial and administrative matters.
Ensure proper filing and document control for all finance-related project documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in finance administration, project control, accounting, or cost control.
Previous experience in construction, engineering, EPC, or industrial projects is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.
