A program designed for your future
For one year, divided into three periods, you will explore how Boliden operates end to end, and how your own unique background and experience connect to the bigger picture. As a graduate, you are employed in a permanent position from day one and supported by an individual development program. Throughout the year several engaged and experienced colleagues, will guide you in your progress. You will become part of an international network of graduates and colleagues, expanding both your knowledge and connections. Six joint training weeks with top-class lecturers will challenge your thinking and give you the opportunity to further deepen your skills. After graduation you will continue your journey with a mentor for six months. In addition, you will receive practical training in project methodology and Boliden’s production methods, enabling you to apply what you learn directly in our operations.

Find your path
As a graduate and part of Gen B, you will be given a unique gateway into Boliden. Whether you want to grow as an expert in people & business, engineering or tech, you will get the opportunity to grow in the area that excites you the most.
In this role as a Financial Controller, you'll be part of the Finance organization, working with financial planning, analysis, reporting, and performance management in close collaboration with operational and support functions. You will build a strong understanding of the business through regular interaction with site management, production teams, and operational stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Support monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business reviews
Follow up on operational and financial KPIs
Analyze cost development, profitability, and business performance
Support CAPEX and OPEX follow-up and investment evaluations
Prepare presentations and management reports using Excel and PowerPoint
Assist Business Controllers and operational managers with decision support
Contribute to improvement projects related to finance processes, reporting, digitalization, and Finance BI solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Economics, Accounting, or a related field

What you bring
You hold a relevant university degree completed in 2025 or later. You can communicate clearly in English, hold a valid driver’s license and are available to start in September 2027.

The Assessment Center will take place in Stockholm, Sweden, on one day between February 16-19, 2027. Boliden will cover travel and accommodation expenses. Please ensure your availability between February 14-20, 2027, if you progress to the final stage.
