As a graduate, you will gain in-depth, hands-on experience across different business areas, functions, and sites in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Portugal or Ireland, depending on your chosen position. A program designed for your future For one year, divided into three periods, you will explore how Boliden operates end to end, and how your own unique background and experience connect to the bigger picture. As a graduate, you are employed in a permanent position from day one and supported by an individual development program. Throughout the year several engaged and experienced colleagues, will guide you in your progress. You will become part of an international network of graduates and colleagues, expanding both your knowledge and connections. Six joint training weeks with top-class lecturers will challenge your thinking and give you the opportunity to further deepen your skills. After graduation you will continue your journey with a mentor for six months. In addition, you will receive practical training in project methodology and Boliden’s production methods, enabling you to apply what you learn directly in our operations. As a Business Analyst, you will join our Commercial Business Unit in Stockholm and work closely with teams across Sales, Raw Materials, Finance and Risk Management. Boliden Commercial is responsible for maximising the value generated by Boliden's operations through strategic marketing, sales, sourcing and logistics across global markets. To gain a broad understanding of our business, you will also spend time at our smelters and, when relevant, our mines, building valuable insight into the operational side of the value chain. Responsibilities: Participate in business-critical projects, process improvement initiatives and commercial activities Analyze business cases and processes, draw conclusions and define clear recommendations Contribute to developing sustainable and profitable business solutions Support commercial activities, including market screening and planning arrivals and deliveries Help identify profitable and sustainable business partners and contracts Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders across our smelters and mines Turn recommendations into practical improvements and support their implementation Qualifications:  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering and Management, Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Geology, Mining, Metallurgy, or a related field  Who you are We think you are a forward thinker and a team thriver, who is naturally curious, and solutions oriented. You communicate with honesty and respect, are eager to take initiative and dedicated to follow through. Above all, you are ready to take responsibility and grow as an expert.  What you bring You hold a relevant university degree completed in 2025 or later. You can communicate clearly in English, hold a valid driver’s license and are available to start in September 2027. How to apply Submit your application and CV in English. The Assessment Center will take place in Stockholm, Sweden, on one day between February 16-19, 2027. Boliden will cover travel and accommodation expenses.
