About the Role
As a Key User, you are responsible for supporting and developing our warehouse management systems and related business applications. You will play a central role in ensuring stable system operations, supporting end users, driving improvements, and participating in customer onboarding and implementation projects.
The role combines operational support with system administration, testing, project work, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful system performance and business development.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Operational support - providing first-line support for business-critical warehouse systems, troubleshooting incidents, and ensuring timely resolution of user issues
• System administration - maintaining master data, warehouse configurations, layouts, and supporting warehouse devices, printers, terminals, and related technologies
• Integrations and data flows - monitoring interfaces and electronic message flows between systems and identifying and resolving integration-related issues
• Development and testing - gathering business requirements, coordinating development activities with vendors and internal teams, and performing functional, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Customer onboarding - configuring systems and integrations, validating setups through testing, and supporting operational teams during customer implementations and go-lives
• Projects and business improvements - participating in warehouse relocations, customer implementation projects, system migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
• Experience from warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or similar operational environments
• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes
• Experience working with warehouse management systems or other business-critical applications
• Knowledge of system integrations and electronic data flows
• Experience with testing, documentation, and end-user support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to collaborate effectively across operational and technical teams
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
