Internal Quality Engineer

You will be close to production, responding quickly when quality deviations arise and driving issues through to resolution. With a structured mindset and a passion for improvement, you will help ensure that every component and every process meets the standards behind a Koenigsegg. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing quality reports when nonconformity discovered First contact with supplier Creating and managing claims for internal quality deviations. Close cooperation with Quality Engineers to improve quality processes. Coordinating activities with production, planning, purchasing, and service departments aimed at ensuring an uninterrupted production process. Preparation of reports, statistics regarding claim and scrap costs Support for the assembly line in assessing compliance with technical documentation, company standards, completeness, and compliance with the order. Cooperation with the Production Department and providing feedback on quality Support production with quality issues. Corporate-mandated responsibilities and authorities Comply with and follow corporate policies. Follow and act accordingly in relation to corporate culture and core values. Escalate or act accordingly if a situation becomes a risk to health and safety. Ensure quality control in your daily work. Adapt to new responsibilities depending on the project and an agreement with your manager. Follow and improve processes & procedures, escalate related issues or improvements to the closest manager Financial responsibility according to group Approval Matrix Doc. ID 193 You are structured, responsive and comfortable working at a fast pace. You can manage several priorities without losing focus and enjoy collaborating across different teams. When a challenge appears, you take ownership, get to the root of the issue and find a way forward. To succeed in this role, you should have: Good knowledge of technical drawings. Education within same field of knowledge Equivalent experience within the same field of expertise. Skills to handle measuring equipment. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) Knowledge about the Monitor ERP system is seen positively. Knowledge of TQM tools (e.g., Six Sigma) and Lean Manufacturing (5S, Kaizen etc.) Professional in communication and fluent, both orally and in writing, in English and Swedish Driver´s license At Koenigsegg, quality is not simply inspected—it is created through curiosity, accountability and constant improvement.
