Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Technical Stack & Requirements Database and query technologies: Strong practical experience with PostgreSQL and SQL development. Integration interfaces: Experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations through Web APIs, web services, and file-based interfaces such as SFTP. Data formats: Practical experience working with structured formats including JSON and XML. Integration engineering: Sound understanding of integration architecture, technical design, data mapping, transformations, validations, filtering, routing, and business-rule implementation. Delivery lifecycle: Experience with integration testing, defect analysis, debugging, deployment, production support, and operational monitoring. Security: Understanding of secure integration development, data protection, access controls, error handling, and appropriate monitoring. Advantageous technologies: Experience with SQL-based integration platforms, integration middleware, comparable in-house solutions, JavaScript, or Groovy. Engineering practices: Experience with Agile development methods, version control, and collaborative software development is advantageous. Qualifications & Experience Candidates must have at least three years of professional experience in hands-on integration development or a comparable technical development role. A relevant technical degree or equivalent professional experience is required, together with professional written and spoken English. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HR master-data integrations is advantageous. Additional merit will be given for experience integrating payroll, benefits, time-management, expense-management, analytics, or other HR applications, as well as knowledge of HR and payroll data structures, employee lifecycle processes, and organizational data dependencies. Swedish language proficiency is also advantageous. The successful consultant should be capable of independently owning technical assignments from analysis through implementation and operational handover while working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
