About us Velory empowers companies to automate and secure IT asset management in one seamless platform. Our platform automates the entire IT lifecycle from procurement to end-of-life helping companies operate smarter and save both time and money. We’ve already proven that this model works. Now, we’re scaling it across Europe. About the role You’ll join our Data & Operations team, working closely with Sales, Product and Finance to turn data into actionable insights, streamline processes and drive operational efficiency through automation and AI. You will Build and automate reporting to improve visibility into business performance. Analyse business processes and customer interactions to identify trends, insights and opportunities for improvement. Develop models based on customer behaviour to support data-driven decision-making. Champion AI-driven efficiencies by helping teams leverage LLMs, coding agents and automation tools effectively. Drive integrations, implement app improvements and support cross-functional enhancement projects. Build dashboards, write data queries and improve applications to enable better data tracking and reporting. Required skills and experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and software development. Proficiency in SQL, including writing queries, and Excel, including formulas and pivot tables. Experience with TypeScript. Hands-on experience with LLMs, modern coding agents and related tooling. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. A proactive, self-driven mindset and eagerness to learn, experiment and continuously improve.
