We are hiring! Communication & Dissemination Assistant (20%) Stockholm

Massive Dynamic Sweden (MDS) is looking for a motivated student to join our team in a paid, part-time position (20%) with a hybrid working arrangement in Stockholm. MDS is a technology company working on European research and innovation projects in areas such as cybersecurity, disaster preparedness, digital learning, health, and social innovation. Read more: https://www.massivedynamic.se/ Your role You will support communication and dissemination activities across our ongoing EU-funded projects, including EMOFIN, an Erasmus+ project focused on preventing financial scams and fraud targeting older adults and other vulnerable groups through education, awareness-raising, and digital learning. Your tasks will include: Creating content for websites, LinkedIn, newsletters, and other communication channels Designing promotional materials and supporting communication campaigns Supporting project events, webinars, and stakeholder engagement Coordinating with international partners and contributing to dissemination reporting Reaching out to external stakeholders for dissemination and communication Who we are looking for: A student based in Stockholm, preferably studying communication, media, marketing, or a related field Excellent written and spoken English and Swedish Familiarity with Canva, LinkedIn, WordPress, or similar tools A proactive, creative, and organised person interested in international projects that make a social impact Proven experience with designing visual marketing assets What we offer: A paid 20% position with flexible hybrid working arrangements, international collaboration, and opportunities for professional development. 📩 Interested?
