About the role

About the Role We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Hotel Operations Coordinator to oversee and manage the daily operations of our hotel property. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, managing property standards, and coordinating our daily hospitality workflows. Because we operate a dynamic and personalized hotel environment, this is a hands-on position. You will act as the operational lead on the floor, balancing administrative management with active, daily participation in both front-facing and back-of-house operations. Key Responsibilities: Guest Relations & Front Office: Managing guest arrivals, check-ins/check-outs, handling inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Property & Facility Coordination: Conducting regular inspections of the property to ensure strict compliance with safety, hygiene, and aesthetic standards. Housekeeping & Quality Control: Supervising inventory (linen, amenities) and actively participating in housekeeping operations, including the hands-on preparation, cleaning, and staging of guest rooms to guarantee five-star cleanliness. Operational Administration: Coordinating daily schedules, managing local supplier contacts, and assisting the management with operational planning. Your Profile: Relevant experience in the hospitality, tourism, or property management sector. A proactive, hands-on mindset with the willingness to jump in wherever needed to maintain hotel standards. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English is required (our primary working language); knowledge of Swedish or other European languages is a strong advantage. What We Offer: A full-time position with a competitive salary aligned with Swedish regulations and experience (minimum SEK 34,470/month). Comprehensive collective agreement benefits, including mandatory occupational pensions and workplace insurances (FORA). A vibrant and welcoming international working environment. How to apply: Please submit your CV and a brief cover letter in English via [invoegen: e-mailadres of sollicitatieknop].
