An exciting journey lies ahead, and we are looking for a CEO to lead and grow our skilled team while expanding the business internationally. Arctic Space Technologies is a Swedish space infrastructure and technology company headquartered in Luleå. We connect satellites to terrestrial networks, providing the ground infrastructure and services that enable satellite communications and data delivery. Our operations are built on an established antenna-hosting business at Arctic Space Center in Öjebyn, near Piteå, where we host more than 40 antennas. Your mission Your mission is to lead Arctic Space Technologies through its next phase of growth, strengthening both the organization and its international position. Working with the board and team, you will assess potential new sites, balancing customer demand with investment needs, partnership opportunities and capacity. You will build on the team’s expertise, creating the conditions for people to take ownership, collaborate and develop.  As the CEO, you will combine a clear long-term vision with a practical approach, recognizing opportunities and helping the organization move forward. Throughout, you will safeguard the company’s entrepreneurial spirit, customer focus and commitment to secure, reliable operations. The role is based in Luleå and requires regular international travel. Who you are You are an entrepreneurial leader who brings people together around a shared direction. You build trust, encourage initiative and create the clarity people need to take responsibility and succeed. You are comfortable moving between strategic decisions and practical challenges in a small, skilled organization. You have led a technology, communications or infrastructure business, or a relevant business area, through growth or change, preferably in an international environment. You know how to turn strategy into measurable progress and develop an organization while preserving its entrepreneurial spirit. You bring sound commercial judgment and understand how customer relationships, partnerships and long-term agreements contribute to sustainable growth. You are comfortable working closely with a board and balancing opportunities with financial and operational realities. You understand the demands of technology-driven services where reliability, security and confidentiality matter. Experience in space, satellite communications, ground segment services, telecom infrastructure or defence-related markets is valuable, but not essential. Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
