You will proactively identify risks, remove obstacles, and drive swift resolution of issues to ensure service commitments are met and customer expectations are consistently exceeded. Through close collaboration with regional and global stakeholders, you will help create alignment across functions and geographies, ensuring decisions are made with both customer impact and business performance in mind.
You will also be a key driver of operational excellence across the EMEA region. Leveraging data, systems, and performance insights, you will identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and scalability while supporting the implementation of standardized processes and global supply chain strategies. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you will strengthen operational resilience, enhance fulfilment performance, and help future-proof our supply chain network.
Equally important, you will be a leader who sets the tone for how we work. You will champion a safety-first mindset, promote collaboration and accountability, and create an environment where diverse teams can succeed and grow. Through your leadership, you will inspire a customer-centric culture that puts service, teamwork, and operational excellence at the heart of everything we do, ensuring long-term value for both our customers and the business
