🚀 We’re Hiring: Software Responsible | Gothenburg We’re looking for a Software Responsible to join Aurobay Technologies and contribute to the development of next-generation powertrain solutions—from hybrid engine control systems to fully electric powertrains. 📍 Location: Gothenburg, Sweden 🏢 Work setup: On-site (0% remote) 📅 Assignment: 12 October 2026 – 1 September 2028 💼 Visa: Sweden Work Authorization visa is mandatory and no visa sponsorship is available for this role. ⏳ Availability: Immediately/On a short notice Employer: Hykmann Global Business Solutions AB ⚙️ About the Role As a Software Responsible, you’ll be the component owner for software within your project, taking responsibility for coordinating and delivering software solutions to both suppliers and customers. You’ll work as part of a high-performing team of Software and Hardware Engineers, led by a Group Project Leader, and collaborate closely with Base Technology Architects. Depending on the project, you’ll be responsible for the software of an ECU or inverter and will coordinate the development of Base Software throughout different project phases. 🎯 Your Responsibilities You will: Own and lead software deliverables towards suppliers and customers Coordinate the development of Base Software for ECUs or inverters Act as the primary technical contact towards the supplier Secure technology, cost, and timing according to project targets Understand and translate requirements into technical solutions Coordinate with function owners and plan implementation according to specifications Collaborate closely with Software, Hardware, and Architecture teams Contribute to the development of advanced powertrain control systems 🔧 What We’re Looking For Education: M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience Experience: Experience in Base Software development Experience with products such as ECM, inverters, TCM, or similar Knowledge of AUTOSAR is valuable Experience with application software and software integration is a plus Languages: Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken Good knowledge of Swedish is desirable 🌍 What We Value We’re looking for someone who is: 🤝 Collaborative and caring 🌎 Comfortable working in a global environment 💡 Passionate about innovation 🎯 Driven to deliver excellence 🔧 Interested in developing both technical and professional skill. 📌 Important Information This is an on-site assignment in Gothenburg.
