Management Assistant, Group Communications

As a Management Assistant in Group Communication, you will play a key role in enabling the Communication Management Team (MT) and Extended Management Team (EMT) to perform at their best. The role combines approximately 50% planning, administration, coordination, and follow-up, with 50% independent project leadership and execution of strategic and operational initiatives. A day in your life with us In this role, you will be the key right-hand to the Global Communication Manager and play a critical role in supporting the Communication Management Team (MT) and Extended Management Team (EMT). Approximately half of your time will be dedicated to planning, coordination, administration, follow-up, and ensuring leadership forums operate effectively. The other half will involve independently leading and delivering projects, driving improvements, and supporting strategic initiatives across Group Communication. The role is based in Malmö and the work location is Hubhult. You will report to the Global Communication Manager.
