As a System Administrator, you’ll play an important role in operating, developing, and securing the infrastructure services that keep our organization running, both in the cloud and on-premises. Here, you’ll combine deep technical expertise with problem-solving, automation, and security in an environment where technology truly makes a difference. About the role In this role, you’ll help ensure that our infrastructure is stable, secure, and available both in day-to-day operations and when the unexpected happens. You’ll work hands-on with incidents, maintenance, and configuration changes, making sure our services work seamlessly together. When an alert goes off or an incident occurs, you’ll be part of troubleshooting and resolving the issue, helping us get back on track quickly. We’re always looking for smarter ways to work. That’s why automation, scripting, and AI are a natural part of the role. You’ll use tools and languages such as PowerShell, Bash, and Python to streamline management and configuration, automate repetitive tasks, and make troubleshooting faster and more effective. Security is at the heart of the role. You’ll work with everything from access management, patching, and Windows Server hardening to protecting our Active Directory environment. This includes reviewing privileged accounts, managing delegated permissions, and identifying and preventing risks and attacks against our directory services. Together with colleagues across IT, security, and the wider business, you’ll help build a robust and secure technical environment that enables Tre to keep moving forward. To succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone with several years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role, preferably combined with a relevant university or higher education degree. You have solid knowledge of Microsoft AD, Azure, and Microsoft products and services, and you are fluent in English. Knowledge of Swedish is a plus. Experience with networking, Linux, and storage is also an advantage. We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a solution-oriented mindset and enjoys both maintaining and developing our IT infrastructure.
