Project Planning: Support Principal in project coordination and management of design teams working together towards developing detailed project plans, executing project goals, objectives, scope, and deliverables based on established timelines and budgets. Design Development: Execute designated tasks assigned by the Project Manager and Principal in Charge while learning how they fit into the bigger picture eventually being able to anticipate upcoming project milestones and needs throughout the architectural design process. Research local building codes and regulations to ensure compliance and design Coordinate with the design team, including interior designers, engineers, vendors, and contractors. Project Work: Assist on all phases of the project including planning, design development, project progression, consultant coordination, and assurance of design integrity in construction. Provide Project Manager regular project work updates and communicate any delays in production. Proactively reach out to Principal for direction and feedback to project work. Maintain organized, accurate, and comprehensive project documentation including drawings, notes, and correspondence.
