EY-Parthenon is looking for Senior Consultants and Engagement Managers to join our Strategy & Execution team in the Nordics, focused on private equity value creation across deals and transactions. We are growing a dedicated capability at the intersection of strategy, operational performance and private equity. Our team supports clients throughout the investment lifecycle, helping translate investment theses into measurable results through growth acceleration, performance improvement, value creation planning and exit readiness. Whether your experience comes from consulting, private equity, strategy, transaction advisory or industry, we welcome individuals who enjoy solving complex business challenges, working collaboratively and creating tangible impact. Your key responsibilities You will work closely with private equity investors, management teams and senior stakeholders to identify, shape and deliver value creation opportunities. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you will help clients navigate critical business decisions and transformation initiatives. Examples of your work may include: Developing value creation plans by identifying and quantifying commercial, operational and financial improvement opportunities Advising investors and portfolio companies on growth, transformation and operational performance Conducting operational and value creation due diligence Supporting execution through governance structures, KPI frameworks and initiative tracking Designing operating models and organisational structures that support long-term growth Preparing businesses for exit and communicating value creation outcomes Leveraging data, analytics and AI to accelerate value creation Skills and attributes for success We are looking for collaborative and commercially minded individuals who enjoy solving complex business challenges with clients and colleagues. Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering or other relevant field Relevant experience in consulting, transaction advisory, strategy, M&A, corporate development, private equity operations or a related field. For Engagement Manager candidates, experience leading project delivery and client relationships is beneficial. Experience of value creation, performance improvement, growth or operating model work, ideally in a transaction or private equity context Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills Fluent English skills; Nordic languages are considered an advantage Ideally, you’ll also have: The ability to structure complex topics and analyses into actionable recommendations An understanding of the financial and operational drivers of a business Experience supporting implementation alongside management teams An interest in transactions, business transformation and value creation consulting What we offer you When you join EY-Parthenon, you become part of a collaborative and entrepreneurial team where you can take ownership early, continue developing your skills and contribute to meaningful client outcomes.
