We place specialists across everything from tech, IT and industry to project management and business support – and whatever the assignment, you have a consultant manager who is there for you and your development. About the Role You will help shape and improve assembly operations in a large-scale industrial manufacturing environment where safety, quality, efficiency and delivery performance are always in focus. The role combines day-to-day production support with development work for both existing operations and new manufacturing facilities. You will work close to production teams and support functions, with real opportunity to influence how assembly lines are developed, improved and standardized. This is an interesting role for you if you enjoy turning production challenges into practical improvements in a hands-on setting. Job DescriptionYou will develop and improve assembly processes, methods and production flows. You will support both ongoing production and the development of new manufacturing facilities. You will work closely with line technicians, operators, line managers and other production support functions in daily operations. You will develop and maintain assembly methods and work instructions. You will use PFMEA and other production engineering methodologies to strengthen quality and robustness. You will ensure that tools and equipment are available and aligned with production requirements. You will analyze production challenges and drive problem-solving and continuous improvement activities. You will help implement efficient and standardized ways of working across the assembly environment. RequirementsAt least 5 years of experience as a Production Engineer. Master's degree in Production Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a similar field. Good knowledge of ERP systems. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and World Class Manufacturing (WCM). You are comfortable working in close collaboration with production teams and support functions. You have a working command of the English language. Nice to haveExperience from assembly or industrial manufacturing environments. Experience in developing or improving assembly factories and production lines.
