Business Receiver Lead for SAP Implementation

About the Role You will play a central role in a major SAP implementation in a manufacturing environment where new digital processes need to work in practice for the local business. In this role, you act as the link between the project organization and the production unit, making sure business needs, operational realities, and local readiness are reflected throughout the transformation. You will work closely with managers, process owners, key users, and project stakeholders to create alignment and build commitment around new ways of working. The role combines business understanding, coordination, and change leadership in an industrial setting where successful adoption is critical. Job DescriptionYou represent the production unit in the SAP implementation and make sure the local business perspective is clearly reflected in the project. You build strong collaboration between the project organization and business stakeholders across functions and organizational levels. You drive business alignment through the different project phases and support decision-making connected to business needs and operational readiness. You coordinate local readiness activities to prepare the organization for new processes, systems, and ways of working. You identify risks, challenges, and dependencies and help ensure that relevant mitigation actions are in place. You engage managers, process owners, key users, and other stakeholders to secure commitment and smooth adoption. You support planning, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization from a business readiness perspective. You drive change management and user readiness initiatives that help the organization transition successfully. You monitor and report progress related to readiness, adoption, and business preparedness. RequirementsExperience working in production, manufacturing, operations, business development, or project environments. Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in industrial organizations. Experience leading or supporting business transformation initiatives. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable activities. Strong stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. A structured and organized way of working. Strong problem-solving and decision-support capabilities. Ability to drive alignment across different functions and organizational levels.
