About the job
You own the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and governance within Network Services. You guide priorities, ensure stakeholder alignment, and drive service outcomes in a partner-delivered environment where external suppliers execute delivery while you maintain accountability for direction, quality, and value. Area of responsibility include among other things automation of platforms and processes, tools development, cloud network standardization, overall security improvements and global DDI.
Our current technical platforms include Infoblox, Microsoft solutions, Azure Cloud services, AWS as well as more traditional on-premise datacenter network installations. This product area also drives operational automation and AI capabilities across its full scope. You report to the Product Area organization within Network Services.
Job responsibilities
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Cloud & Security services.
Building and managing an effective high performing team of specialists for your product.
Prioritize and govern the product backlog based on business needs, strategic direction, and qualified demand.
Ensure partner-delivered work meets agreed quality standards, scope, and timelines.
Represent the product in governance forums and drive alignment between business and IT stakeholders.
Manage product-related risks, issues, service boundaries, and operational agreements.
Track costs, investment decisions, and value realization while supporting continuous process optimization and innovation.
Location and flexibility
This position is based in Stockholm or Sandviken, and we offer a hybrid work set-up.
Your profile
You bring experience from working at the intersection of business and IT, where you've coordinated complex stakeholder needs, facilitated decision-making, and transformed demand into structured priorities. A strong understanding of product management, governance, and cloud-related services enables you to navigate both strategic and operational discussions with confidence.
Your background includes
Experience managing and prioritizing business demand across multiple stakeholders or product areas.
Experience facilitating governance forums, steering groups, boards, or similar decision-making bodies.
Experience working with teams as a leader, using agile methods.
Strong understanding of IT services, products, portfolios, and strategic prioritization.
Knowledge of public cloud networking and security domains such as network security, IPAM, web application firewalls and load balancing.
Knowledge of and experience in using common AI technologies and coding principles (GIT, Python, etc)
Relevant university education or equivalent practical experience in IT, business, governance, or a related field, combined with professional proficiency in English.
Success in this position comes from being structured, collaborative, and able to create clarity in complex environments. You communicate confidently with both business and technical audiences, build alignment across stakeholders, and take ownership of driving progress while maintaining a strategic perspective. A facilitative approach, combined with strong judgement and the ability to balance competing priorities, helps you deliver lasting value.
