About the Role You will join an indirect procurement team working with high-value investments in production equipment. In this role, you take ownership of the CAPEX category and help shape sourcing decisions in a global powertrain environment where business needs, technical requirements, and supplier strategy meet. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and procurement colleagues across several countries. Job DescriptionYou will lead sourcing activities within Production Equipment (CAPEX). You will negotiate commercial and legal agreements with suppliers. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to secure the right quality at the right value. You will identify and drive cost-saving opportunities across commercial, technical, and supply chain areas. You will lead commercial negotiations in line with project plans and key purchasing milestones. You will conduct benchmarking studies, supplier evaluations, and sourcing projects. You will maintain accurate information in relevant systems to support transparency and follow-up. You will build strong commercial relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders while taking ownership of timely delivery. RequirementsYou have a university degree in economics, engineering, or an equivalent discipline. You are fluent in English, written and spoken. You have a strong commercial mindset and the ability to negotiate agreements. You are comfortable handling parallel activities and seeing the full business case. You have an analytical mindset and a structured way of working. You bring a high level of integrity and professionalism. Nice to haveProficiency in Microsoft products.
