About the role We are looking for a skilled Hairdresser in Solna who enjoys cutting and colouring hair with a focus on men's styles. What you will do Consult with male clients to understand their style and grooming needs Cut, trim and style hair using scissors, clippers and razors Perform hair colouring, toning and touch-ups tailored to each client Maintain hygiene, follow salon safety protocols and ensure client comfort Keep tools and workstations clean and well-maintained Recommend haircare products and aftercare routines Coordinate with reception to manage bookings and client flow Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a professional and supportive salon atmosphere What you bring 4–5 years of professional experience as a hairdresser, with strong skills in men's cutting and colouring Vocational training or certificate in hairdressing and the right to work in Sweden Fluent in Swedish and good English communication skills; friendly and client-focused Ability to work the salon schedule (09:00–17:00, six days per week) and flexibility when needed You are driven and take ownership of your work You deliver top quality, every time You collaborate and lift the people around you You always want to learn, and you help others learn at every workplace Salary and employment type Roles can be offered as full time, part time or on demand; the final salary and employment type are shaped in your conversation with SuperRen based on your experience, goals and the best match.
