Customer Finance Business Partner - Solna

As a Customer Finance Business Partner you will work within the Swedish Sales Finance organisation in Stockholm. You will play a pivotal role within the specific Sales Customer team and also be part of a team of three Customer Finance Business Partners which all report to the Head of Sales Finance. In your role, you will be responsible for Arla's total portfolio of products: Milk, Yoghurt, Cream, Cheese, Butter etc. If you are enthusiastic, driven, analytical, and business oriented and like to work in close cooperation with the business, this could be the right challenge for you. We call it the “Power of the Mix”. How you will make an impact In this position you will be the Finance Business Partner to one of our Customer Sales Directors. Key in your role is to enable your business partners to make sound and data-based decisions. Through solid forecasting, performance tracking and turning data into insights that you com-municate to the team, you will help shaping good business decisions for Arla. Monthly close activities, support in negotiations, and developing new insights are also vital parts of your job. Moreover you will act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for one of our categories supporting the SE commercial business with insights and recommendations how to drive profitable growth together with a close tie with supply chain finance. Who are you? • You hold a Bachelor or Master in Business, Economics or similar • You combine your degree with at least 3-5 years of proven successful experience from finance controlling, forecasting, planning or similar within a FMCG company • You have a good understanding of business and financial analysis, result follow-up and the ability to handle and interpret large quantities of data in Excel • You have several years of experience in Powerbi database & report building, SAP R/3, data engineering, Databricks and working with local and global teams. Full proficiency Excel and PowerPoint is a requirement, • Fluent in English is a requirement. • Experience from working directly towards Sales Customer Teams is a requirement with experience in stake holder management and driving complex projects cross functional. • The role is based in Solna and a minimum of three days a week working from the Solna office is a requirement according to Arla flexible working policy As a person you have the ability to create good relationships across the organization and a gen-uine interest for business and people.
